I had a great summer this year. I was lucky enough to spend 5 weeks in the good ol’ US of A, starting with 3 weeks travelling the National Parks. First on our list was Yellowstone, known for its many hot springs, geysers and other pieces of geothermal activity. Norris Geyser Basin was one of the first places we saw in the Park, and here’s one of my shots from that stop:

This was my first big outing with my new SLR (a Canon 550d/Rebel T2i), and I got a little carried away. I have about 2,000 other photos to get through, but expect a steady trickle of posts here until I can get a whole collection up on Flickr, 500px or Stipple.
